AAII Sentiment Survey: Bearish Sentiment Jumps

Bearish sentiment jumped significantly in the latest AAII Sentiment Survey, which is not surprising given the recent volatility. However, an equal number of individual investors described themselves as bullish.
Bullish sentiment, expectations that stocks will rise over the next six months, fell 2.5 percentage points to 36.6%. This was the second consecutive weekly decline in bullish sentiment.
